How do I edit My Profile?

My Profile

To check or edit your profile, click on your username at the top right-hand corner of the page once logged in. 

How do I edit my Account Details?

Account Details

Click on the My Profile tab of your profile page (click on your username at the top right-hand corner of any page once logged in to go to your Profile). View your profile details on the left-hand side. To edit your contact details click edit on the right and edit your phone number and/or address. Click Save when you are done, or Cancel to not change anything. 

How do I change my Password?

Password

Click on the My Profile tab of your profile page (click on your username at the top right-hand corner of any page once logged in to go to your Profile). Scroll to Password. To change your password click on edit and type in your current password followed by the new one. Type in the new one again to confirm and click Save to change your password, or Cancel to keep your current password. We recommend using a unique password containing at least 12 numbers, letters and symbols.

How do I check my Account Status?

Account Status

Click on the My Profile tab of your profile page (click on your username at the top right-hand corner of any page once logged in to go to your Profile). Scroll to Account Status. Upload your identity document here to verify your Account Status. Once uploaded your identity will be verified and your Account Status set to Active.

How do I change my Contact Preferences?

Contact Preferences

Click on the My Profile tab of your profile page (click on your username at the top right-hand corner of any page once logged in to go to your Profile). Scroll to Contact Preferences and check the boxes to choose your marketing contact preferences. You can choose between a combination of Email, SMS, Phone and/or Post. Please note that you may still receive important messages via email or SMS with regard to your account activity. 

How do I change my Deposit Limit?

Deposit Limit

Click on the Account Status tab of your My Profile page. View and change your Deposit Limit preferences here. Click edit to set or change your Deposit Limit, and choose either a Daily, Weekly or Monthly deposit limit. Click Save to set your new limit, or Cancel to keep your current limit. 

Where can I check My Transactions?

My Transactions

Click on the My Transactions tab to view a history of your transactions. 

How do I Add Funds to my wallet?

Add Funds

To add funds to your account click on the Add Funds tab on your My Profile page (accessed via clicking on your username at the top right-hand side of each page). Select or type in how much would you like to add and click the green Pay button at the bottom of the page to pay with Wallet88, our secure payment gateway partner (See more). Proceed through the payment process to be returned to your My Profile page. Your new balance will be updated at the top right of each page. 

What are my options for payment?

When you place an AZ Jackpots bet payment will be requested from your deposited balance first. If this balance does not cover the entire cost we will then seek payment from your winnings.

If there are any additional funds required to cover the cost of a new submission, the funds will be requested from your stored bank card details If you have no payment details registered on your Account, you will be required to add new payment details before continuing to play.

How do I Withdraw Funds to my bank account?

Withdraw

To withdraw funds from your account click on the Withdraw Funds tab on your My Profile page (accessed via clicking on your username at the top right-hand side of each page). Enter or check your saved account details and click the blue ‘Transfer to my bank account’ button to submit your withdrawal for review. Once the review is complete the funds will be released to your account via the account details saved on your Profile. 

Where Can I See My Account Activity

My Activity

Review all your account activity on the My Activity tab of your profile. Here you can see all activity on your account such as times of account activations, logins, deposits, withdrawals, etc. 

How Do I Check My Inbox for Messages?

Inbox

Click on the Inbox tab from your My Profile page to view your messages. The My Profile page is accessed by clicking on your account username at the top-right corner of each page.
