Is the Individual Deposit Limit the same as the Daily Limit I choose when registering my Player Account?

No, while the accounts are linked, there are differences.

Deposit Limits

A deposit limit will set the maximum amount of funds you can deposit into your Player Account in a day.  You are given the choice of pre-set amounts ranging from ‘€10.00′ through to ‘€2,000’. The Daily Deposit Limit time period is from 00.00.- 23.59 Central European Time (“CET”).  This ’24 hour’ facility for deposit limits applied by AZB Games means that all daily deposit limits re-set at midnight every day irrespective of the time of day when the daily deposit limit was set. E.g. you set a daily deposit limit of €50 at 16:15 on Tuesday.  The maximum amount you can deposit into your Player Account up until 23:59 CET on that Tuesday is €50.  As at 00:00 CET  the daily deposit limit is re-set and you can deposit up to £50 as from then up until 23:59 CET on Wednesday.  It then re-sets at 00:00 CET (23:00 GMT) to €50 for Thursday, etc.

If you would like to lower your deposit limit, notify us and we will fulfill this request immediately and no more than 24 hours after your request has been received.  However, if you request to increase your deposit limit, a 24 hour ‘cooling-off’ period will be implemented before carrying out this request at which point you will receive a prompt to accept or decline the increase to your deposit limit.

The Individual Deposit Limit

We offer players the option to set deposit limits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, The maximum daily limit will still operate as the highest limit possible, but you have the option to add additional restrictions if you wish.

Why do you offer these limits to your Players?

In line with our website’s Responsible Gambling Policy, we want to offer our players the ability to be in control of their own spending. To do so we have a deposit limit as well as a daily deposit limit.

Can I set or change my Deposit Limit?

Yes, it is possible to change/ set your deposit limit as Long as you are logged into your account. The steps to do so are as follows

1. Click on your name at the top right of your screen, to reveal the drop-down menu.
2. From the menu, choose the ‘My Account’ option.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Deposit Limit’ section.
4. Click on the green ‘Edit’ button, and modify the limit as you please.
   1. Please note, we are restricted from making any increase to your limit until the time on any previous limit has expired for your protection. However, decreases to your limit are immediate.
