How do I check my Account Status?
Account Status
Click on the My Profile tab of your profile page (first click on your username at the top right-hand corner of any page once logged in to go to your Profile). Scroll to Account Status (Active/InActive). You can upload your identity documents here to verify your Account Status (Passport, driver’s license, Government ID). Once uploaded, your identity will be verified and your Account Status set to Active.
