How do I edit my registered personal details on my Player Account?

Can I make changes to the registered details on my account?

Yes, you are able to make changes to the registered details including the email and password tied to your account. To edit these details log in to your account and click on the ‘My Account’ tab from the drop down menu. Select ‘My Details’ and then select ‘Edit’. Make your necessary changes then click ‘Submit’ to save your information.

I have just registered and there is a typo in my information.  What can I do?

For minor details such as small changes in address or name no proof will be required. To change the registered name on your player account verification is required to comply with our License regulation requirements to verify all players

Please provide one of the following options in order for us to make the required changes and verify your account. The documents must be uploaded as a JPEG and PDF in order to be successfully uploaded

  1. Passport- details page

  2. Driving license photo card- front 

    1. Provisional license is accepted

  3. ID card- front and back

In addition to the documents listed above please provide either a bank statement or Utility bill no older than 3 month old. You can either take pictures of your verification documents with your smartphone or use a scanner to upload them digitally. You can also upload directly in your ‘My Account’ page by selecting ‘Upload new ID’ under the ‘Account and Responsible Gambling Status’ section. You are also welcome to attach your documents in an email to us via help@Azjackpots.com or upload them via Live Chat with one of our customer service agents.

I have moved house.  Can you change my address for me?

If you have moved we will happily change your address for you. In order for us to make the necessary changes please send us proof of ID as well as an image of either a bank statement or utility bill with your new address and full name shown.The bill/ statement must be no older than 3 months old. Acceptable forms of identification are a Passport or a Drivers License. Both the image and the bill and the ID must be uploaded via JPEG and PDF format. Feel free to blank out sensitive information on the bank statement seeing as all we need is the address information

My date of birth is incorrect on my account.  Please can this be changed?

If there is an error in your registered birth date on your player account you must send us an image of one of the following documents. Proof of these documents are required to comply with the mandatory license requirements that require us to prove that all users are over the age of 18

  1. Passport- Details page

  2. Drivers license photo card- front

    1. Provisional license is accepted

  3. ID card- Front and back

In addition to the documents listed above you must provide a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months. In order for the documents to be accepted they must be valid, in-date, and the full outline with no parts cut off. All images must be uploaded as a JPEG or PDF. you can attach your documents in an email and send them to help@azjackpots.com
